What we collect

When you claim a key we collect your brand name, site, optional tagline and logo, color, bid amount, and receipt email.

The board also records key activity such as claims, takes, and hits.

What is public

Your brand name, site, logo, color, tagline, price, and key activity are shown on the live board. Anyone can see them.

Your receipt email is not shown on the key. We use it to send the receipt and to match a claim.

Payments

Card and billing details are handled by Dodo Payments. We do not store your card on KeyWar. Dodo has its own privacy policy for checkout.

How we use it

We use this data to place your brand on the key, run checkout, send a receipt, prevent abuse, and keep the board working.

We do not sell your email. There is no KeyWar account and no password.

Retention

Claim and payment records are kept as long as needed to run the board and handle disputes.
